Pesto pasta salad

  • 500g uncooked pasta
  • 3 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 220g fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Grated parmesan (to taste)
  1. Boil a pan of water and ad the pasta, cook the pasta for 12 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta and put into a large mixing bowl
  3. Add the pesto to the bowl and mix with the pasta while still warm.
  4. Add the tomatoes and mozzarella and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
